Turtle Mountain Family Medicine Coronavirus Update:

TMFM will remain open on a limited basis. We are trying to follow all recommendations of the ND Department of Health (NDDOH) and CDC regarding strategies to prevent the spread of Coronavirus infection.

If you have an upcoming appointment for non- urgent or routine care and want to cancel or reschedule that appointment please call the clinic or send a message on the patient portal or send an email. Current recommendations of the NDDOH are for all of us to stay home, limit unnecessary activity and for all of us to do our part to stop the spread of Coronavirus. 

If you need medication refills, have minor acute problems or any non urgent issue, please feel free to call the clinic, contact TMFM by the patient portal or contact us by email. We can manage many non-urgent problems by phone, patient portal, email and through the electronic medical record. If you are acutely ill with fever, chills, respiratory symptoms, PLEASE call the clinic regarding current COVID 19 testing guidelines. We are now able to do testing at TMFM for COVID 19. 
We will be following the North Dakota Department of Health guidelines for testing.

Please call the clinic in advance and speak to the clinic nurse about your symptoms. As recommended by the NDDOH, we do not recommend coming  direct to the clinic if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other active symptoms suggestive of COVID 19 infection. We are trying our best to make the clinic safe for you to continue your medical care.

Staff are cleaning surfaces several times a day.   At this time and for the foreseeable future, we will only be seeing routine follow up, chronic care visits, and child care patients in the mornings, and all acutely ill patients will be seen in the afternoons. The clinic will then be cleaned daily. If you have any worrisome symptoms, concerns, chronic problems that need attention, we will continue to provide you care and PLEASE don't hesitate to call the clinic to make an appointment.

We will then send you an email invitation for access to the patient portal. Once you receive the email invitation click on the link provided within the email to create your account.
